Finally, a digitalized platform for displaying Construction Team boards! Project Boards© display the Professional Team (Project Manager, Architect, Engineers etc.) details for construction projects on a digitalized board similar to the project team boards found on construction sites. In addition to the name, role and company logo, this board design makes allowance for a project description, project render (architectural image) and other key project information. Each board gets a unique URL / website address that the registrar of the board can use to exhibit the project team details and project information. Our digital board layout looks like this:

Quick Mobile Access:

In addition to the the unique URL / Webpage, every project board gets a custom QR Code that provides quick access on a mobile friendly platform to anyone with a smart phone. These QR Codes are very handy to include at the bottom of a physical site project board (similar to the above sample), or use as a shortcut on projects that make displaying physical project boards challenging due to restricted space (e.g. shopping malls) . Have a look at our sample project board's QR code on the right - simply hover your phone camera over the QR Code, and click on the pop up. Voila!

Searching Project Boards:
We make use of an interactive Google map to pin your project to it's exact location. Users can filter and search construction project boards by making use of the search bar and filter (left), or alternatively clicking on a project marker on the map. Boards can be searched by company (team member) name or project name. Once the project window expands, users will be able to view the project board by selecting 'View Project Board'. To view and search our live map, select 'Search' on our menu at the very top. Have a look at the sample map below:

How to register a board, who can register & what costs are involved?
Companies / individuals mandated by the developer of a project (referred to as project owner) are allowed to register a board on our platform. To register a board, please contact us by making use of our contact form and request assistance. You will be required to provide the necessary information displayed on the project board (Title of Project, Sub-Title, Description, Professional Team information etc.).

A once-off setup cost of R299 per board applies, R39 p/m hosting, which case be terminated at any stage. What you get for this includes the following:

  • A dedicated URL to host your project board for the duration of the project

  • A high definition print ready digital static QR code linking to your dedicated board URL (we can provide a cost for the printing and installation of a physical vinyl sticker, cost will be dependant on size)

  • Tagged and searchable links to the project professionals

  • Project professional 'back links' to company websites via board logos (on right)

  • Linked project board to our global interactive Google Map with all pinned and searchable projects
