How To Load a Project Board:

It's simple.

Step 1: About You

This section relates to the registrar of the board. All fields are required to be completed, with exception to the Client Code.

Step 2: About The Project:

This section relates to project details. All fields are required to be completed. The 'Physical Address' will be used to pin the project location on the site's map. The project start and completion dates are indicative of the duration the board will be displayed on our site. Have a look at our Sample Project Board for guidance.

We recommend uploading a project render / architectural 3-d image below. This is not a requirement of the submission, but will add depth to your board. Read more about a project render / image here.

Step 3: About The Project Team:

This section relates to the professional project team members on your project. A minimum of 4 project team members are required for your board, and a maximum of 14 project team members are allowed. The 'Organisation' and 'Role' fields are required to be completed as well as an organisation logo to be uploaded, however the the website field is optional but recommended, as this will allow users to access the organisation website by clicking on the logo displayed on the virtual board. Please note that the order in which the team member information is supplied is the same order it will be displayed on the virtual project board (top to bottom). Typically the first entry will be that of the project owner / developer / client, followed by the rest of the team. Have a look at our Sample Project Board for guidance on the display. Please complete all fields in this section using UPPER CASE. Please ensure that you use the correct logo layout to prevent distortion of the images (have a look at the logo layout format here).

Step 3: Listing Cost / Pricing Plan

Our platform offers 3 cost options which are determined by your projects construction programme / duration. This is a once-off cost for the duration of your board's display on our site.

Option 1 - Projects shorter than 6 Months.
Option 2 - Projects longer than 6 Months and less than 12 Months.
Option 3 - Extending a board already listed by another 6 Months.

Please choose the appropriate plan from the dropdown menu blow. For more information on the pricing plan, please see the pricing structure section of our site.

If you have selected Option 3, please provide us with your current Project Board Reference number below. If this field is left blank when Option 3 has been selected, your submission will default to Option 1.

Please note that once you have submitted the registration form, your information will be reviewed and you will be contacted via email within 48 hours with confirmation of your boar's status.
