The Black River Park North Courtyard project comprises of the upgrades made to the communal courtyard of this tenanted building in Observatory, Cape Town owned by Redefine Properties. Works entails the preserving of existing heritage relics, new surface beds, removal of existing tiles, waterproofing, new tiles, slabs, lawn, timber decking, gabion walls, seating and shade screens. The project commenced in March 2022 and will be completed by December 2022
