The V&A East Quay Phase 2 project is the refurbishment of an existing heritage building situated in the East Quay precinct of the V&A Waterfront. The building of approximately 1500m2 consists of ground floor, first floor and a terrace area. Part of this project is the complete external facade refurbishment, adding an additional floor within the building to create a terrace area, as well as general internal alterations and changes.
