The Parc Du Cap Re-Roofing and Glazing Project for Momentum / Metropolitain is the complete removal and reinstallation of all the existing roofs, extensive waterproofing to parapets and other areas, cladding and cappings as well as the stripping and installation of new skylights / glazing on the roofs. The project commenced in February 2023 and has been completed in September 2023.
