The Crestcare Malmesbury Hospital is part of De Zwartland Werf development by the Devmark Property Group. It is an exciting 11ha mixed-use development that lies on the northern boundary of Malmesbury, immediately adjacent to the N7 and Voortrekker Road, the town’s main road. The hospital itself is a 7500m2 with 84 bed private hospital facility. In regard to the rest of the development, as one of the single biggest investments made in the area, on completion De Zwartland Werf will include a convenience retail centre consisting of approximately 50 stores, restaurants, entertainment, a Toyota motor showroom and the Crestcare private hospital.
