The Ninety One project is the temporary relocation for Investec's Ninety One arm in the Merchant House and the Ridge Building in Cape Town. The works comprised the decanting of the V&A Waterfront from the current premises, and fitting out of four floors with respect to mechanical, electrical, fire, electronic, fittings and finishes. The works started in 2023 and completed in 2024.
