The Annex II Project will integrate with adjacent buildings The Annex I and the Digs to create a 250 bed consolidated student accommodation campus. The Annex II will be constructed during 2023 and consist of a 4 storey building with 72 student accommodation units. Construction will kick off in February 2023 and be completed in November 2023.
