The Medicentre Project in Paarl is the construction of a medical health, pharmaceutical, wellness and personal care services. The Medicentre development totals 10 000 sqm of leasable and will be of service to the local as well as regional community providing specialist and essential healthcare services. Construction of the facility of more than 15 000 sqm of construction area will be completed in 2023 totaling more than R400 000 in development value.
